· Measure impact using evidence-based anxiety and depression Kessler Distress Test (K10)), and situation awareness self-assessment tools (CASA Aviation Safety Tool (IMSAFE acronym), AA (HALT acronym))
. Embrace self-compassion with critical reflection using Reflections on Calm Abiding Meditation, and Relationships Victoria Self-Reflection and Wellbeing.
