The Parent Organisations will allow you access to the ACECC website if you accept and comply with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers in this document (‘the Terms of Use’).
The Parent Organisations reserve the right to amend the Terms of Use.

Since you are bound by the Terms of Use and they can change, you should continue to refer to them.

If you refuse to accept any of the Terms of Use (including any modifications), you must immediately discontinue using or accessing this website.

The Parent Organisations own the copyright of the material on this website. This material may only be reproduced in part or in whole regardless of its intended purposes with the written permission of ACECC and can be sought by contacting the ASA.

The Parent Organisations are not liable for the accuracy or completeness of the information on this website. The information on this website cannot replace professional advice.
The placement of advertising or sponsor’s logos on this website are a commercial agreement only and do not represent endorsement by the Parent Organisations of the product or service being promoted by the advertiser or sponsor.

Your Conduct
You must not:

  • use the website to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others,
  • publish, distribute, email, transmit or disseminate any material which is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate,
  • use any automated scripting tools or software,
  • engage in or promote any surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, unsolicited emailing or spamming via the website,
  • impersonate any person or entity,
  • upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available using the website any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual obligation or which contains viruses, or other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware; breach any applicable laws or regulations.

Requests to add events to the ACECC event database

The ACECC website houses an extensive event database. If you are wishing to promote an anaesthesia-related event you can use the Add an Event form to submit a request to have your event added to the database. The Parent Organisations will not permit the addition of events which:

  • defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others,
  • engage in or promote any surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, unsolicited emailing or spamming via the website,
  • contain any material which is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate,
  • do not relate to anaesthesia
