SUMMARY:GASTRICUS Gastric Ultrasound Workshop Sydney
DESCRIPTION:A comprehensive half-day workshop on gastric point-of-care ultrasound to assess risk of tracheal aspiration and guide airway management. Participants will receive hands-on training by expert faculty with immediate feedback\, experience in scanning a variety of gastric states\, a formative DOPS assessment\, formal image interpretation and reporting training\, and a comprehensive handbook for future reference. \nOur workshops conform to the ANZCA PG47 (2025) Guideline on training and practice of perioperative POCUS. All workshop participants may utilise a post-workshop remote mentoring programme at additional cost.

SUMMARY:Focussed Cardiac Ultrasound workshop - Hobart
DESCRIPTION:Our accredited 2-day focussed cardiac ultrasound workshop is designed specifically for junior doctors through to medical specialists\, including but not limited to emergency physicians\, intensivists\, anaesthetics\, general medicine\, rural GP’s and cardiology trainees who want to perform point of care cardiac ultrasound.\nThe aim of the course is to equip clinicians with all the necessary skills to become proficient in performing a focussed\, cardiac ultrasound exam\, and aid in accurate diagnosis and subsequent timely patient care. Our experienced echocardiography educators simplify this learning process throughout\, applying our proven step-by-step approach and comprehensive hands-on component to each workshop.
