DESCRIPTION:Suitable for: Anaesthesia trainees BTY1 and above\, Anaesthesia consultants\, GP anaesthetists\, Anaesthesia nurses \nPrerequisites: NIL \nLocation: HNE Simulation Centre\, John Hunter Hospital Campus. \nAim\nTo rehearse the management of anaesthetic crises. \nContent\nThis inter-professional simulation-based course focuses on the management of anaesthetic emergencies with an emphasis on teamwork and communication. \nAt a consultant level\, this course is an opportunity to accrue CPD points. It also provides an opportunity for senior clinicians wanting to refresh their skills. \nThe timing of the course\, between the final written and vivas\, is designed to support advanced trainees preparing for their exams.
