2025 Tri-Society Cardiac & Thoracic Symposium (3SCTS)

It’s our great pleasure to invite you to the 2025 Tri-Society Cardiac & Thoracic Symposium (3SCTS) which is a combined scientific meeting of three Australasian cardiothoracic societies: anaesthesia (ANZCA), surgery (ANZCTS), and perfusion (ANZCP). This will be the second 3SCTS meeting with the theme of “Collaborating in cardiothoracic care: A deep dive, down under”. It will be held at the Sydney International Convention Centre (ICC), Australia from 19-22 November 2025.

3SCTS 2025 has the honour of co-hosting the inaugural International Academy of Cardiac Anesthesia (IACA) meeting, previously the International Congress of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia (ICCVA), bringing together global leaders in the field of cardiothoracic anaesthesia.

A distinguished international and local faculty will be actively involved in all aspects of the program including lectures, multi-disciplinary panel discussion, complex case presentations, workshops, simulations, and wet labs. The scientific program will be diverse and cater for all interests across the entire spectrum of contemporary cardiothoracic practice.

3SCTS 2025 will provide everyone involved in the management and treatment of cardiac and thoracic patients the opportunity to come together from across the globe. The conference will be an excellent forum for the exchange of views, shared experiences, and the latest scientific knowledge; enriching collaboration between surgeons, anaesthetists, perfusionists, and industry as well as providing opportunities for networking and the building of relationships internationally.

We’re very excited to welcome you to Sydney in 2025.
